Spring Fest brings together everything we love about this town — live music, local makers, good food, small businesses, and plenty of reasons to slow down, wander, and explore.

Kick off the morning with the Farm 5K, a scenic run alongside the Cacapon River and through the pastures of Lewis Farm, then spend the day exploring happenings all across town.

At the Wardensville Garden Market courtyard and Lewis Farm, you’ll find 25+ local vendors, live music from Dan James Band and Scott Christopher Murray, handmade goods, flowers, farm products, art, self-care items, treats, and more.

Pop inside the market for baked goods, local provisions & everyday favorites, shop seasonal finds in the Airstream, and grab fried chicken from the Mack’s Bingo food truck. While you explore, be sure to stop by The Green Pig ice cream and candy shop for hand-dipped ice cream and nostalgic candy favorites.

Across town at the Fireman’s Grounds, the Spring Fest Arts & Crafts Show will feature 50+ vendors, food trucks including Getting Piggy With It, Smash Burgers, and Happy Monkey Churros, plus kettle corn & popcorn, and live music from Electric Petting Zoo and Teresa Pennington throughout the afternoon.

While you’re in town, be sure to explore Wardensville’s wonderful small businesses, including Drifter’s Cafe, WordPlay, The Glass House, Lost River Trading Post, Dakota Glass Works, Mack’s Bingo Kitchen, BBQ Country, Fresh on Main, Marina’s Pizza, and more.

Come for an hour or stay all day — Spring Fest is the perfect excuse to explore Wardensville in full bloom and celebrate spring in the rolling hills of West Virginia.
